自分のエネルギーフィールドをグラウンディングさせ、保護する

クリスティン・ブラウン
クリスティンは、イントゥイティブ・ガイド（直感ガイド）として、個人やグループ向けのエネルギー・クリアリングのセッションを指導しています。幼い頃から、メッセージを受け取っていたものの、メッセージの送り主と対話する術もなければ、理解する方法もわかりませんでした。
大学進学のためニューヨークに引っ越してから、個人の成長や発展を促すためのワークについて深く勉強し始めました。
ヨガ、瞑想、マインドフルネスを25年にわたり実践しています。
8年前、メンターに出会い、自分の直感力を使うスキルのトレーニングを始め、この力をずっと養っています。
持って生まれた才能とつながって活かしたいという人を助けるため、2019年に『Clarity with Christine』として活動を始めました。

Have you ever wondered if you are Intuitive? Ever had an experience where you listened to your gut instinct (or wish you`d have listened to your gut instinct)?
I believe that we are all Intuitive. It is an innate part of our being.
We often look to outside sources for answers or guidance instead of looking to ourselves.
In this workshop, I`m going to teach you a few simple tips to practice using your intuition in your everyday life. These are practical, can be done anywhere, and are fun!
We will:
Awaken and Connect to your Intuitive powers
Ground and protect your energy field
Expand your energy and allow your Intuition to flow
Embody positive energies like joy and gratitude
I will also guide you through a mini group clearing session where you will Align with your
Infinite Self.

About Christine
Hi, I’m Christine and I`m an Intuitive Guide who offers individual and group energy clearing
sessions. From early childhood, I was receiving messages but didn’t have the language or the
understanding of how to communicate them.
After moving to New York for university, I began delving into personal growth and development
work. For 25 years, I`ve practice yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Eight years ago, I met my mentor and began training and strengthening my Intuitive skills.
In 2019, I founded Clarity with Christine so I could help others connect to their gifts.
